Passionate about human interaction through sharing a meal. Focused in sustainable practice and preservation.
I am a jack of all trades in the kitchen and have been cooking professionally for 12 years. Originally moved to Denver for culinary school but ended up getting real life experience and never committing to college. Worked through some amazing Denver restaurants becoming lead line, sous chef and CDC. I Now work for IE Hospitality Group at The Wolf’s Tailor as an AM Sous chef and Head of fermentation. Prior to The Wolf’s Tailor I was the executive sous chef at Bruto, our sister restaurant that was also awarded 1 Michelin star with and additional Green Star for sustainability.
