My expertise is culinary arts and business management. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a chef and to share my knowledge with my guests while I am cooking in their home.

It was our first time using the chef service at Take a Chef and Chef Drake exceeded our expectations. He was punctual, communicated with us till he got to our home. The experience was a surprise Mother’s Day meal for my wife and here was Chef Drake with a bouquet????. Chef Drake was very communicative and engaging. The portions were very satisfying, we had left overs. He also cleaned up the kitchen space, we were impressed. Will definitely recommend Chef Drake. Thank you

Chef Drake created a special menu for an 80th Birthday Celebration. It was a multi-generational small family gathering. Everything from the menu suggestions before-hand to the presentation and clean up was outstanding. The food exceeded our expectations. And for the service, quality of food and delicacy of recipes, the price was more than fair. Chef Drake was courteous and unobtrusive. He arrived promptly in the middle of a snow storm although we offered an opportunity to change dates! Our family had time to spend together and focus on the guest of honor with all the details of a sumptuous feast handled to perfection by Chef Drake.

Chef Drake was Incredible. We hired him for a 50th birthday and the experience was wonderful. The food was amazing; everything from the appetizers to the dessert. He prepared the food beautifully and it was so presentable to the eye. Our guests were full when they left and the birthday guest said it was the best birthday of his life. It was such an enjoyable experience for our family to sit back and relax while our meal was being cooked and served. I would recommend chef Drake to anyone and we will definitely be using him again!

I wasn't sure what to expect, as I had never done anything like this. But chef Drake made the entire process so enjoyable and easy to understand. From the start, he was very engaging and easy to converse with. He explained all of the dishes and their components very well. It was fun to learn a bit about his background and about him in general. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the cleanup afterwards was much appreciated. We will definitely be calling on chef Drake for future events.

He was a very knowledgeable chef. He was nice to talk with during and after the meal. We recommend him.
