My expertise is culinary arts and business management. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a chef and to share my knowledge with my staff.
I learned to cook at Secchia Institute for Culinary Education (GRCC) and my secret in the kitchen is mixing up exceptional quality food, service, and hospitality!
