I am passionate about all things food! I love to study and explore culinary history and find lost treasures in the library archives, especially Auguste Escoffier and Fernand Pointe. My expertise is culinary arts and business management. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a chef and to share my knowledge with my staff.
I learned to cook at Secchia Institute for Culinary Education (GRCC) and my secret in the kitchen is mixing up exceptional quality food, service, and hospitality!
I have been a chef instructor in both the Downtown Rapids Market in Michigan and at Sur la Table, now I am ready to bring this knowladge and passion for you!

I wasn't sure what to expect, as I had never done anything like this. But chef Drake made the entire process so enjoyable and easy to understand. From the start, he was very engaging and easy to converse with. He explained all of the dishes and their components very well. It was fun to learn a bit about his background and about him in general. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the cleanup afterwards was much appreciated. We will definitely be calling on chef Drake for future events.
