I specialize in meat and sauce work, pastry, and modernist techniques, and I bring the same level of care and creativity to in-home dining experiences. Whether I’m breaking down whole animals, building multi-course menus, or plating intricate desserts, I believe food should tell a story. I now work as a personal chef in the Detroit area, creating refined, seasonal meals that blend classic French technique with contemporary presentation.
