Former executive chef, excited to bring a bespoke dining experience to your home

I've been cooking in NYC for 20 years. The first 15 years I spent working in different restaurants throughout Manhattan culminating in being the Executive Chef at Strip House Midtown steakhouse. Now, I'm a private chef who creates bespoke culinary experiences through dinners, hors d'oeuvres, cooking classes, and meal prep.

a way to connect with others. I love understanding my clients' preferences and expectations and finding ways to exceed them or show them new things.

I learned to cook at...

the French Culinary Institute in NYC. My training continued on through every restaurant I've worked at, cooking under some of the best chefs in NY.

A cooking secret...

To make eating a fun experience as well as a delicious one. I love bringing twists to old classics and reimagining them in creative ways.
