I've been cooking in NYC for 20 years. The first 15 years I spent working in different restaurants throughout Manhattan culminating in being the Executive Chef at Strip House Midtown steakhouse. Now, I'm a private chef who creates bespoke culinary experiences through dinners, hors d'oeuvres, cooking classes, and meal prep.

the French Culinary Institute in NYC. My training continued on through every restaurant I've worked at, cooking under some of the best chefs in NY.

To make eating a fun experience as well as a delicious one. I love bringing twists to old classics and reimagining them in creative ways.
