I’m a seasoned chef focused on making food that feels intentional, approachable, and made with care.

I’ve been a professional chef for over 13 years, with formal training through the Culinary Arts program at Oakland Tech. Much of my career has been spent as a sous chef, where I’ve led teams, executed five-course beer dinner menus with curated pairings, and provided catering for events serving 100+ guests. Today, my focus has shifted toward a more personal approach to cooking, one that allows me to work closely with clients and craft thoughtful, dedicated menus that reflect both my experience and their vision.
