My best skill is my ability to connect with anyone. I pride myself on being able to bring joy to others whether that's through food or human connection. I strive to have a positive impact on as many people i can in this life. Don't be mistaken however I have the culinary skills to provide you with an outstanding service. I have a degree in culinary arts. I’ve spent most of my culinary career working for some of Raleigh’s most decorated chefs. I most recently worked at two platinum country clubs of America (Carolina Country Club and North Hills Club) One of which I was a sous chef at. Being in a country club environment allowed me learn about wide range of different cuisines and professional techniques. I have fine dining, casual style, and banquet experience. We take care of every detail that goes into pulling off these incredible events that your customers want to experience. I can provide a great experience for people no matter what the budget ends up being.
