Extremely passionate about cooking and creating memorable experiences through food
I have a degree in culinary arts from Wake technical community college. I’ve spent most of my culinary career working for some of Raleigh’s most decorated chefs. I most recently worked at two platinum country clubs of America(Carolina Country Club and North Hills Club) One of which I was a sous chef at. Being in a country club environment allowed me learn about wide range of different cuisines and professional techniques. I have fine dining, casual style, and banquet experience. I am Experienced in executing small medium and large scale events but my company Label’s catering currently can accommodate up to 50 people for Catering and up to 15 for a private plated event. We take care of every detail that goes into pulling of these incredible events that your customers want to experience. I can provide a great experience for people no matter what the budget ends up being.
