I cook in a totally homemade way and respecting the traditions. I have been incorporating typical recipes, where I have lived: Spain, Italy, France, Argentina and Mexico.

For the choice of ingredients, I follow the Mediterranean culture with the use of natural, fresh and organic products. This makes the dishes contain intense, genuine flavors and produce on the palate that sensation of being transported to different parts of the world.
Para la elección de los ingredientes, sigo la cultura mediterránea con el uso de productos naturales, frescos y orgánicos. Esto hace que los platos contengan sabores intensos y genuinos y produzcan en el paladar esa sensación de ser transportados a diferentes partes del mundo.
I can make a good Frech souffle an authentic "Pizza Napoletana", as well as a real "Pasta Asciutta Emiliana", an amazing "Asado Argentino" and of course, some tasty Mexican "Tacos". Furthermore, I prepare delicate dishes based on fish, sea food and Mediterranian tastes.
Puedo hacer un buen soufflé francés, una auténtica "Pizza Napoletana", así como una verdadera "Pasta Asciutta Emiliana", un increíble "Asado Argentino" y, por supuesto, unos sabrosos "Tacos" mexicanos. Además, preparo platos delicados a base de pescados, mariscos y sabores mediterráneos.
I am Italo-Argentinian, I am 58 years old and a Systems Analyst by profession. Cooking is my passion, I am proactive and methodical. I repeat my recipes taking care of the minimum details to guarantee the same tastes, flavors and sensations.

We had a wonderful Mothers Day brunch with Chef Fabio! The food was delicious and it was a way better experience than going out to a crowded restaurant on a holiday. We got to spend time together instead of being in the kitchen and the food was awesome! :)
