Chef Fabio, his wife Chef Claudia and son Chef Damien were an amazing trio. They were passionate about what they do and incredibly kind. Chef Fabio went above and beyond currating a wonderful menu and a modified version for one of our Vegan guests. This was very much appreciated. They arrived early to prep. Made everything from scratch. All courses from the appetizers to dessert were absolutely delicious! It was a delight to hear Chef Damien explain each dish as it was presented. We had a large group of 17 and they made it look easy serving each dish timely and hot. I recommend this beautiful Chef family!

From the moment he walked through the door, he brought a warm, vibrant energy that instantly elevated the entire experience. Not only did he happily make them, but they were perfectly frothy and café-quality, the cherry on top of an already perfect meal! Then came the part that truly sealed the deal: he stayed and cleaned every single dish. Every pot, every pan, every plate. We walked into a spotless kitchen after one of the best meals we’ve had in ages. That level of professionalism and consideration is so rare. This was a five-star experience from start to finish: delicious food, a beautiful presentation, a wonderful personality, and a flawless cleanup. Chef Damian is awesome! He cooked us a delicious and memorable dinner for our group in Joshua Tree. The empanadas and chimichurri sauce were the best I’ve had. The vodka sauce was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Everyone devoured the food. He and his team also left the kitchen spotless afterwards. We 100% recommend him!
