Get to know me better

I am a passionate and determined chef who aims to nourish and provide pleasure through food.

I am a professional chef with over 13 years of experience cooking in some of the top restaurants in Denver. I graduated from the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts and soon found myself cooking French classics at Z Cuisine, then New American farm to table at Fuel Cafe, and I am now currently in year 9 at modern Chinese restaurant Hop Alley. We have been James Beard nominated , and last year we were honored to receive Bib Gourmand recognition from the Michelin Guide. No matter the style of cuisine, I enjoy immersing myself in the research required in order to produce the optimal dining experience for my guests.
