I'm a passionate professional that really enjoys cooking i love to see people reacting to my culinary creations.
I am a professional chef trained in the culinary arts of the famous school of the Le CORDON Bleu. I've have worked in many hotels resorts universal studios theme parks hospitals and owner of my own restaurant as the Executive Chef. I'm also a retired Army veteran of 20 years in the military. Raised by three generations of creole family learned to start cooking at the age of five.
