Chef Hayden Hayden

I started cooking whenever I was 14 years old, and the itch for food never really ever left. In highschool I was in a 4 year program for culinary arts, though the search for knowledge didnt stop there. As I finished highschool I worked in a fine dining, very small, james beard nominated kitchen owned by chef hunter Evans in jackson ms. For roughly over a year, that kitchen forced discipline and relentless perfection and creativity. Withstanding a very large prep list that was the backbone for a resturaunt really brought my abilities and talents I to light. Thought there is still way more for me to learn.
