I am someone who lives with Aloha in my heart.
I am a chef with over 30 years experience. Lived and working in Hawaii with some of the top chefs like Peter Merriman, Roy Yamaguchi, Joey Macadamgdang and my mentor Madter Chef Philippe Chin. I have recently moved to the PNW. I have owned a Mexican restaurant and partnered in a Steakhouse. Here in PNW educating about Hawaiian food pre and post contact.
