I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience. I attended culinary school at Sullivan University located in Louisville, KY. I started out working in a pizza place and climbed up the ladder to working Taste of Derby and at the French Lick Resort where I ran new specials every weekend ranging from pork belly to sea bass.
