Moreover, I have efficiently developed techniques for food preparation and presentation which are of the utmost importance to me. I am 40 years old with a wealth of experience, I'm sure we can talk shop for days.

I am recognized for maintaining high standards of sanitation, health and safety. Over and above, being a creative person, I enjoy experimenting with new flavors and have a special talent for Italian cuisine, my personal favorite.
