I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with my clients to create the most unique experiences I can while cooking food that is lively, bold, and nourishing.

Cooking professionally since 2001, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the country’s most talented chefs, experiences that have deeply shaped my approach to food and hospitality. Throughout my career, I have worked in major culinary destinations such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, and Hawaii, gaining exposure to a wide range of techniques, styles, and high-level kitchen environments.

My background includes diverse restaurant settings, from intimate 40-seat Michelin-starred establishments to boutique hotels and a variety of unique culinary concepts in between. These experiences allowed me to refine my technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail while consistently delivering high-quality dining experiences.

After stepping away from the traditional restaurant world, I began focusing on creating more personal and meaningful culinary moments. Drawing on my years of professional experience, I now bring people together through thoughtfully prepared food and one-of-a-kind dining experiences designed to be both memorable and engaging.
