Better Living through Better Eating. I believe in going back to basics on the food we consume. I have lots of gluten free and vegan experience.
I've been a professional chef for 20 years, and have traveled all over the US expanding my food knowledge and resume.
I have a passion for making people feel better with themselves with the foods they consume. I was a sous chef for 2 year in Seattle, WA at a vegan restaurant that served people with dietary restrictions. I love to work with people to make their food catered to their individual needs.
I believe no one should go with out quality of life that is hindered by gastrological issues.
