For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to the culinary arts—fueling bodies, uplifting spirits, and honoring tradition through every dish I prepare. My journey began in the U.S. Navy, where I proudly served as a Culinary Specialist aboard the USS Wyoming (SSBN-742) Blue Crew and the USS Florida (SSGN-740) Gold Crew. Cooking for submariners taught me discipline, creativity, and the power of a well-prepared meal in even the most high-pressure environments.
Now, whether I’m behind a stove or at a smoker, my heart belongs to Southern Soulfood Cuisine. It’s my signature style—flavor-rich, deeply rooted in heritage, and crafted with love. From slow-cooked collard greens and smoked ribs to creamy mac ‘n’ cheese and golden cornbread, I bring comfort and authenticity to every plate.
