Get to know me better
Born and raised in Hawai’i. Studied at The Culinary Institute of America in New York and lived in Brooklyn for 7 years; working in Hospitality.
I am a professionally trained chef that’s worked from fine-dining to casual and dive bar restaurants with experience as a mixologist and beverage manager. Open to cooking any cuisine while also blending and fusing different cuisines and cooking techniques.
When I am not in the kitchen or behind the bar, I run a lei (Hawaiian flower garland) business sharing and teaching the art and craft of lei making, carrying and spreading ALOHA anywhere I go.
