I am a Chef with over 20 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants and several years of private cheffing. I have extensive knowledge in French, Modern American, Japanese and am proficient in Italian, Mexican, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. I also have a solid grasp of gluten free cooking and menu planning.
