Hello,
My name is Ken Bouche. I began my cooking journey apprenticing under Food and Wine Magazine Best Chef, Ted Cizma. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University Culinary Arts management program in 2002 with my A.S., and B.S. Since then I have had a full career in the culinary world beginning in the fine dining restaurant scene, and most recently specialized in nutrition focused cuisine for athletes of the UFC. I have owned/operated farms as well and have a passion cultivating food, flowers and herbs for meals that represent the season and natures abundance. Let’s create a meal that will connect you with friends and family, at your table, that will always be remembered.
