I am a very passionate chef , very detailed and organized love to make food from the heart and make it look beautiful as well as taste amazing!

Hello, my name is Chef Nise (pronounced Knee-Cee). I am 32 years old and have been cooking professionally for over seven years. My journey into the culinary world began with motherhood. When my daughter was born in 2017, I wanted to prepare healthy, homemade meals for her. What started as love in the kitchen quickly grew into a true calling.

In 2019, I enrolled at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts to study French cuisine, completing the program over two years. That formal training gave me a strong technical foundation and refined my understanding of classical technique, flavor balance, and presentation.

Following culinary school, I worked as a private chef at the University of Maryland and at Penn State University, providing personalized dining experiences. I have also contributed to the opening of several clubs and restaurants, gaining valuable experience in operations, leadership, and high-volume service.

I am deeply passionate about understanding my clients’ preferences and delivering exactly what they envision. My goal is to ensure every experience feels intentional, seamless, and satisfying from beginning to end. Currently, I am building my own catering business and raising funds to launch a food truck, bringing my vision and flavors to a wider community.

I believe that a recipe alone has no soul. As your personal chef, I bring heart, care, and intention to every dish, turning each meal into an experience filled with warmth, flavor, and meaning.
