Get to know me better

A private pastry chef with over 20 years in professional kitchens wanting to create personal and creative sweets.

I have been baking and creating since I was a kid, but in 2004 decided to take it to the next level and attend The French Culinary Institute in New York City with an emphasis in Classic French Pastry. Since graduating I have worked in various hotels, casinos, mom and pop bakeries, fine dining establishments, international festivals, grocery stores, etc. All this experience has given me the opportunity to adapt and think on my feet. I have also competed on a few different Food Network shows and had a blast filming and meeting chefs from all over the United States. I have recently went rogue and left the corporate culinary scene to start paving my own path and couldn’t be more excited to create.

I first learned to cook on Saturday mornings watching Julia Child and Yan Can Cook on PBS. Eventually I attended The French Culinary Institute in NYC.
