World-traveled, Michelin-trained chef creating refined European flavors for bespoke private dining

Born in Lithuania and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Bangkok, I’ve built my craft traveling the world and immersing myself in diverse culinary traditions. My journey led me to the Michelin-star kitchen of Providence in Los Angeles, together with a few other famours restaurants where I refined my technique and deepened my love for fine dining. For the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to private chef work and bespoke catering, creating elevated dishes that weave together European elegance with the comforting, soulful flavors of Eastern Europe. Cooking for people is my passion—every plate is an opportunity to tell a story, evoke emotion, and bring a sense of beauty and connection to the table.
