I am a private chef who has spent the past five years traveling between the Pacific Northwest, Alta, and the Big Island of Hawai’i — always searching for the perfect balance of sunshine, rain, and snow. Each destination inspires my cooking, shaping both my technique and the experiences I create for my clients.

My cuisine is deeply rooted in the land. I seek out ingredients directly from farmer's markets, fruit stands, fish markets, and even hidden local spots that few know about. These unique finds allow me to craft dishes that are fresh, seasonal, and infused with the stories of the regions where I cook.
