I am delighted that you have considered a luxury dining experience to your already over booked calendar. The restaurant industry is evolving, in home dining experiences are on the rise, and I am delighted to bring you along for the ride. It’s time to welcome a new Chef to your kitchen table!

I have worked on land and sea, in high end restaurants to a 5 star resorts. I have been a restaurant owner & boutique hotel operator, collaborated with top vineyards world wide, hosted numerous pop up dinners, have been featured numerous Magazines, showcased at festivals, won culinary awards in Los Angeles & San Diego, and now a thriving Business Owner.

Working my way up from the bottom, striving and flourishing in some of the most prestigious restaurants around the globe was my Culinary Education. A decade of my life was dedicated to Michelin, my style was manicured by Jordi Cruz at ABaC, Oriel Irven from Hisop, William Bradly from Addison, Martin Wosele from Mille Fluere, as well as, Boston’s own Barbara Lynch from No9Park.

During my early years, I spent 5 years traveling & studying cuisine through out Europe. My culinary pilgrimage involved a mix of farm work, Jamon & Medicinal Teas. Vineyard work, production of wine and Sherry, hosting events and tours in collaboration with the local city. I worked in a French bakery, an Italian cheese farm, a Moroccan bakery, Michelin Restaurants, you name it.

Not only trained Culinary, I have extensive knowledge and passion for wine and mixology. Working and partnering with vineyards throughout Spain, Portugal, California, & Oregon. In addition, I have worked in the Luxury Yachting industry for 7 years, catering to many HNW guests and celebrities.

After honing and training for 20 years, I have finally launched my own Brand, Foodsaucy. I am ready to share my story through cuisine and cleverly designed spaces. I am offering you a unique experience that combines the world of Michelin, Luxury Yachting, and your beloved kitchen.
