Got a bit of a late start in the restaurant industry, not entering until I was 19 years old. Previously, I worked for my father's wholesale plant nursery, Windy Meadow Nursery in Ferndale, Washington. Attended the Oregon Culinary Institute and graduated in 2018. Worked within Portland institutions such as Nostrana and Higgins, worked catering gigs, rode my bike, hustled! COVID took me back home to Bellingham and I landed at Carnal, Accomplice, and Estelle. Currently learning the craft of artisan salami making with Norcino Salumi in the Skagit Valley.
