I am a culinary school graduate with over 35 years of professional food experience. My resume includes fine dinning, country club experience, healthcare, vegan and vegetarianism. traveling the country working with professional sports and 20 plus years of teaching culinary arts and hospitality.

I am well versed in many ethnic food cultures including Thai, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Italian, Greek and French. That goes along with regional American cuisines from Napa Valley to Maine.
