I hold a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from California State University, Chico, along with advanced training from Bauman College. I specialize in creating personalized, nutrient-dense meals that support digestive health, hormonal balance, mental well-being, and autoimmune conditions.

My culinary philosophy is rooted in bio-individuality, honoring the idea that every person’s path to wellness is unique.
