I'm a chef with over 12 years of experience in fine dining as a Chef de Cuisine in LA and Seattle. I am know for my creativity and flavor!

With over 12 years of experience in fine dining across the West Coast, I bring the skill, creativity, and care of restaurant cooking into a private setting. My career has included roles as a Pastry Chef in Michelin-starred restaurants as well as Head Chef positions, giving me a strong foundation in both Culinary and Pastry arts with classical French training.

I take pride in being attentive and personable, always tailoring each menu to fit the tastes, dietary needs, and preferences of my clients. My cooking style reflects both my multicultural background and my commitment to sustainability—I strive to minimize waste and highlight seasonal, ethically sourced ingredients.

For me, food is about more than flavor; it’s about creating experiences that feel personal, memorable, and truly special.
