I am a professional chef who began as an in-home private chef for a busy, affluent family in Boston. I worked for them for over two years, honing my culinary skillset and natural talent for creating exciting, cohesive menus and producing unique culinary experiences such as dinner parties and holiday meals. My culinary journey then brought me to a high-end wedding catering service here in Vermont called Let's Pretend, where I honed my commercial cooking and luxury presentation skills.
