Passionate individual who loves to cook and bring smiles to people's faces with food from the heart

I am professionally trained in both Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry, having earned my associate degrees in both disciplines in 2024 while actively working in a high-volume, multi-million-dollar establishment, The Prime Rib at Maryland Live! Casino, where I currently serve as a Sous Chef. Balancing formal education with the demands of an elite kitchen environment has strengthened my discipline, technique, and ability to perform at a consistently high level.

With over 15 years of experience cooking and serving the public, including five years in professional kitchens, I bring both technical expertise and a strong understanding of hospitality to every dining experience. My training at Anne Arundel Community College focused heavily on classical French techniques, which form the foundation of my culinary approach.

My specialties include French, Italian, South American, and American cuisines, though I enjoy creating custom menus that reflect each client’s preferences and the occasion being celebrated. Whether designing an elegant plated dinner or a more relaxed yet refined gathering, I prioritize flavor, presentation, and seamless execution.
