Chef María Isabel Guerrero with 20 years of experience in Michelin star restaurants, specializing in vegan, French, Italian and Spanish food. Delighting the most distinguished diners in luxury restaurants throughout Europe, Central América, South America and the United States.

Executive Chef with a proven track record of working in the hospitality industry, expert in catering, food and beverage, hotel management, customer service and menu development. I' am creator of a unique plant-based healing food experience in Miami. Offering a variety of menus such as plant-based, healthy and gluten-free, as well as sophisticated dishes with a variety of ingredients.

I work with precious care and respect for the product. Getting the greatest benefit for our body, making the most of the flavor, textures and qualities of each product.

Now I live and understand cooking as an art that heals and nourishes our body, that is, what you eat, what you feel and what you think is how you create your own reality. I support new ways of eating to be happier, healthier and more vibrant, helping our body to have a better quality of life and well-being.

I am motivated, determined and relentlessly passionate about bringing my experience in gastronomy and taking you on a journey of flavors on your palates with the dishes on my menus.

Chef ejecutiva con un historial demostrado de trabajo en la industria hotelera, experta en catering, alimentos y bebidas, gestión hotelera, servicio al cliente y desarrollo de menús. Creadora de una experiencia única de alimentos curativos a base de plantas en Miami. Ofrezco una variedad menús como de origen vegetal, saludables y sin gluten, también platos sofisticados y con variedad de ingredientes.

Trabajo teniendo un preciado cuidado y respeto por el producto. Consiguiendo el mayor beneficio para nuestro organismo, aprovechando al máximo el sabor, texturas y cualidades de cada producto.

Ahora vivo y entiendo la cocina como un arte que cura y nutre nuestro cuerpo, es decir que lo que comes, lo que sientes y lo que piensas es como creas tu propia realidad. Apoyo nuevas formas de alimentarnos para ser más felices, saludables y vibrantes, ayudando a nuestro cuerpo a tener una mejor calidad de vida y bienestar.

Estoy motivada, decidida e implacablemente apasionada por aportar mi experiencia en gastronomía y llevarlos en un viaje de sabores en sus paladares con los platos de mis menús.
