I’m a naturally curious, hardworking chef driven by family values, a love for learning, an appetite for adventure, and a genuine heart for people.

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, I offer a refined combination of Michelin-level training, creative menu development, and luxury guest service for private yachts and high-end residences. My career spans the super yachting, restaurant, and liveaboard dive sectors, where I have successfully worked as Captain, Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Lead Dive Instructor across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Pacific, and Asia.

I specialize in creating exceptional, fully personalized dining experiences tailored to each guest’s tastes, lifestyle, and dietary requirements. My culinary work and approach to guest service have been featured in several international yachting and scuba-diving publications. I am extremely comfortable cooking for large groups (up to 30 people), as well as providing an intimate experience for smaller events (ex: 2-6 people).

My cooking philosophy is grounded in seasonality, freshness, and thoughtful creativity. Every experience begins with a conversation with my guests to understand their preferences, followed by sourcing the finest local ingredients from farmers’ markets, specialty grocers, and trusted suppliers. From there, I design bespoke menus that highlight vibrant flavors, balance, and inspiration.

I bring professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every environment I work in. Whether crafting an intimate tasting menu, a themed dinner, elevated comfort cuisine, or health-focused dishes, my goal is always the same: to deliver a seamless and unforgettable culinary experience for every guest at the table.
