Never sacrifice quality over quantitie. Everything must be perfect and delicious.
I've been cooking in professional kitchens since 2014. Multiple iron chef winners of tucson molded my skills into each perfect dish. I've learned how to master the art and now I am a private chef at the age of 29. I also opened a gormet italian food truck in tucson. I have been cooking my way up to Forbes restaurant. I have learned alot from my mentors and Gino Marinelli was my favorite. My concession trailer is named after him, as he passed in 2015.
