I love feeding people, I love cooking and knowing that the consumer enjoys what you’ve made out of ingredients.

My name is Maxwell McGill.

My culinary career started at 14 when I got a job in a pizza restaurant. Since then I’ve worked with all kinds of food cultures. Working with wedding and quinceañeras etc. I’ve made my way to head line cook at jobs. I’ve sagged at some of the most delicious restaurants in Chicago. Currently I’ve been learning with sushi with some open hours which I’ve love to spend making you or your loved ones a meal they would love.
