Im in love with making the food and flavors from all over the world but I specialize in Southern Style and Cajun/Creole Food.
Max Landry is a creative and dependable Private Chef with 15 + years of hands-on culinary experience, beginning as a Culinary Arts Specialist and Assistant Head of Food Service in the U.S. Army and has worked at restaraunts including Fogo De Chao,Kumo Japanese Steakhouse,Smokey Bones BBQ, Texas Roadhouse and On The Border. Max is the owner of Hustle House Catering LLC, Max combines formal training with real-world expertise to deliver memorable meals and experiences. He specializes in Southern-style, Cajun, and Creole cuisine, while also enjoying cooking dishes from around the world — from Mexico to Asia and all the fusion in between. Skilled in menu planning, meal prep, and event-style presentation, Max takes pride in using seasonal ingredients and crafting meals that feel both homey and elevated. Known for his professionalism, creativity, and friendly, down-to-earth approach, Max makes every dining experience personal, relaxed, and unforgettable.
