My name is Michael Eckles and I have been cooking as soon as I was old enough to reach the counter top. I am only 25 as of 2020 yet the skills I have acquired are beyond that of many my age. My team and I are passionate about creating a fine dining experience in your home unlike any other.
We am located in the Birmingham Michigan area but will travel long distances to provide you with a phenomenal meal.

My secret in cooking is knowing my audience. I could make the best foie gras torchon in the world but if the guest does not like foie gras I failed

The menu was sent to us in advance. The food was incredible. Each course was better than the next. We prepare all our meals for scratch from home most days, but we learned so much from Chef Michael and had ingredients new to us. We would certainly recommend Chef Michael to everyone without hesitation.

Chef Mike arranged for his sous chef, Chef Marcus, to prepare and serve the menu items for our small group. Marcus did an outstanding job throughout the evening, from explaining the ingredients and cooking methods, to plating, serving, engaging with us and final cleanup. Overall, a memorable evening with fantastic food, all of us would highly recommend. Five stars.
