I am one of the old school rustic chefs, brought up in Italian restaurants.
I am a 53 year old chef, who has lived in SouthWest Ohio for the majority of my life. I love Mexican food, but my favorite foods to cook are Italian and Indian. Still learning Indian cuisine but love the ideas and the flavor profiles. Willing to try anything in the kitchen. Not a fan of fish, but can learn to make what you like.
