I have extensive experience in a variety of cuisines. After culinary school, I worked in 5 star hotels, restaurants and developed my skills as a personal chef and caterer. My background is in muli ethnic food including mediterranean, pan asian, Italian and N.W. seafood. I believe in sourcing local and seasonal ingredients.
