A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Chef Milton embodies discipline, resilience, and service in all that he does. After serving his country, he spent over 24 years in the corporate world, rising through the ranks of the automotive industry and leading with excellence, strategy, and heart.

But something deeper kept calling—something rooted in family, tradition, and the undeniable magic of a shared meal.

In 2024, he made the bold decision to leave behind his suit and title to pursue the passion that had been simmering for decades. That journey led him to the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where he graduated with the foundational training and refined techniques to match his soulful instincts and creative flair.

Today, Chef Milton brings together Southern tradition, fine-dining precision, and unmatched hospitality to create culinary experiences that are deeply personal, beautifully executed, and full of feeling. His dishes reflect a life lived with intention—from the discipline of military service to the grace of entertaining, from boardrooms to dining rooms.
