I am a professional chef with over a decade working in professional kitchens, having a range of experiences from a hometown Mexican restaurant in the early years of my career, to family run Italian and now working in a New American restaurant that strives for quality and innovation on every plate, I’m looking to take that knowledge to a more personal level to clients and guests in the comfort of their own home.
