I am a professional Chef with 20 years of experience, focused on crossing cultural palettes. My professional background is certified in Soups, sauces and stocks, the foundation of every good meal. Expanding upon that, studied with German, Czech and Russian chefs to perfect pasta, seafood and elevate rustic dishes. Still a mother at my core, bringing an interesting way to try foods to tables of all ages.
