I have been working as a professional in the hospitality and culinary field since the age of 18. My entire adult life has been spent thriving to be the best of the best in every restaurant I have had the opportunity to work in. I pride myself on the ability to adapt to any setting or type of cuisine that is required of me, and my ability to work well with others, or by myself. I am well versed in many types of cuisines, including Italian, Latino, American, Asian, and Mediterranean, and always looking forward to adding to my repertoire. I always enjoy the opportunity to provide wonderful, memorable meals.
