As a chef, I feel proud to make people happy through food.

I have over 30 years of experience as a head chef in various restaurants in Japan, including traditional Japanese restaurants, inns, and izakayas. I moved to the United States in 2016 because I wanted to share the wonders of Japanese cuisine and sushi with people all over the world. My English is still not very good, but I can convey the meaning of "delicious food." I believe that this can make people happy.
