Over the years, I have refined my craft in a variety of professional settings, from private kitchens to curated events. This blend of tradition and technical experience allows me to move confidently and seamlessly in any environment.

I am hands-on, organized, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of timing, flow, and execution. Whether preparing an intimate dinner or managing a special occasion, my focus is always on delivering food that is thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully presented — creating an experience that feels both refined and meaningful.
