From his Puerto Rican roots growing up in New York City to years of experience in various restaurant kitchens, Octavio creates dishes with a mix of flavors from around the world. He also has an in-depth knowledge of the dietary requirements of those managing diabetes. The result is an incredible talent in creating flavorful meals.

If you require a focus on healthy options, Octavio creates meals from quality ingredients that are low in fat, sodium and natural sugars that are portioned to accommodate heart healthy and diabetic diets. There are no added sugars or dairy products
