Get to know me better
I always try to bring something unexpected to my dishes. Classic flavors with unique techniques.
I graduated from the Italian Culinary Academy in Parma, Italy in 2008. I then worked in NYC under Charlie Palmer at Aureole and Metrazur, while also staging at various notable restaurants on my days off. I moved back to Denver in 2011 where I worked for Chef John Browning at Duo and Olivia. I worked as a Sous Chef at Euclid Hall for 2.5 years, honing my butchery and charcuterie skills. Since then, I have been a Sous Chef or culinary lead at Jax Fish house in Glendale, Marriott Tech Center, Hotel Halcyon, Edge at Four Seasons Denver, and Postino. For the past 4 years I have been.working as a culinary instructor at Uncorked Kitchen, creating a wide variety of menus and experiences for our clientele.
