I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience in the industry. I studied at Johnson and Wales to begin my culinary career. From the simple to the sublime there is no request I won't put 100 percent into. I've worked all over the Ocean state, from catering to the casino. I am currently a sous chef of the Bistro from the Ocean House, a triple 5 star hotel considered top ten in the world.
