Born to southern flavors that comforts souls, Chef Shad's love for hospitality and culinary arts are deeply rooted from his upbringing along the Southeast coast of Savannah, GA. A graduate of Morgan State University's Hospitality Management program, Chef Shad holds a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management.

Chef Shad's culinary journey started early in life as an sous chef for his grandmother and mother. Later on becoming the executive chef for his three siblings. It was through responsibility where he discovered his passion and gift.

In 2020 the self taught chef established his brand 310, and culinary style which fuses Asian flavors and comfort food with an eclectic twist.
