My name is Ray Williams, and I am a professional chef with 20 years of industry experience. I am a Johnson & Wales Alumni with an Associates in Culinary Arts. I started a catering/meal prep company that operates out of Durham, NC. We create weekly menus that go live on Saturday at 12 am, and run until Tuesday at 12 am. We offer pick up from our commissary kitchen on Wednesday from 4pm-7pm. We also do private dinner parties and corporate catering.
