Hello! I’m Sam a professional chef of nearly 20 years. I’ve spent most of my career cooking up and down the east coast. From Boston to the James Beard House. Nantucket to Husk in Charleston, SC. I believe in cooking food thats locally sourced and handmade with integrity a lot of love. Recently moved to Rhode Island to open a restaurant (Hunky Dory) after working down south for a few years in Charleston. I’m looking to branch out and expand the business to micro-events and small catering; anything from fine dining to a fish fry I’d love to take care of the cooking.
