Hello! I’m Sam, a professional chef with nearly 20 years of experience cooking up and down the East Coast. My career has taken me from Boston to the James Beard House in New York City, from Nantucket Island to Charleston, South Carolina.

I’m deeply passionate about thoughtful, refined cooking rooted in locally sourced, handmade ingredients and executed with the highest level of care and quality.

After many years on the line, I’ve recently moved to the Greensboro area and am excited to share my love of exceptional food and genuine hospitality with you. Whether it’s an intimate fine-dining experience or a laid-back cookout, I’d be honored to take care of the cooking and create something memorable
